Dual Component Professional Development
Our educational and professional development courses offer a combination of targeted career planning and enhanced professional competence for our employees. We accomplish this with a dual component training concept: the Hübner & Hübner Academy and a great “PLUS”.
In addition to a wide choice of training subjects offered by the Hübner & Hübner Academy, we also have an external training budget that each employee may access. They may take educational and professional development courses elsewhere, in agreement with the team leader.
The Hübner & Hübner Academy
guarantees our employees the highest possible standard of professional development training. We offer an extensive variety of courses that conform to each individual’s professional expertise and requirements. In line with Hübner & Hübner’s orientation towards Central and Eastern Europe, the range of seminars offered by the Hübner & Hübner Academy also encompasses courses on international tax law and courses held at foreign venues.
The „PLUS”
is made up of all seminars offered by parties other than the Hübner & Hübner Academy, which support our employees and their personal development. These courses are selected in agreement with team leaders.
