Mediators are required to maintain confidentiality and act as impartial facilitators. They aim to help the involved parties resolve disputes in an equitable manner, thus rendering court proceedings unnecessary. The mediation process is target- and solution-oriented, from the start. Unlike court proceedings, in mediation the objective and time frame are agreed in advance, saving both time and money. The motto is: „Finding agreeable solutions to differing interests where both sides come out as winners."
Mediation offers a way out of stalemated disputes:
- Internal conflicts (management, work council, employees)
- Conflicts with clients or suppliers
- Conflicts about succession planning
- Conflicts about inheritance
- Conflicts between companies
- Conflicts between entrepreneurs and customers
