In the current draft, this holds an unrestricted and without-amount cap.<\/li>\n<li>Likewise, the reimbursement cost for the purchase of the loading devices (i.e. Wallboxes) is up to \u20ac 2000 tax-free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Moreover, it clarifies and confirms that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the free charging for privately induced trips or the charging from the employee\u2019s private E-Car at the employer\u2019s site will not depict as \u201cBenefits in Kind\u201d, and<\/li>\n<li>can be assessed with zero \u201cBenefits in Kind\u201d when converting the benefits of an E-Car (unlimited or limited) that is always at its disposal.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As of the moment, these are still draft measures.
