In order to quickly aid in reducing the spread of the Corona infection, we are following the strict measures introduced by the Austrian government and are reducing our personal social contact as much as possible.
Our employees will, until further notice, almost exclusively be working for you while on home office. It follows that instead of setting up personal client meetings, we will be increasing our use of telephone conversations and conference calls.
Regarding the forwarding of documents and other such receipts, we kindly ask you to make use of the electronic transfer possibilities.
Other than via telephone or e-mail, you also have the possibility to use our platforms “accounting” and “2file” for the exchange of information and data. If you currently do not use these services, we can of course support you in gaining access to them.
Regarding employees whose availability is limited due to the closure of nurseries and schools, we will be replacing them with appropriate substitutes.
We will be putting maximum effort into making our services available in this intense time of business concerning year end, reporting and tax declarations, as well as the upcoming 20,000 payslips for clients’ employees with the same due care, quality and reliability which you are used to from Hübner & Hübner. Any current questions concerning Corona and a reduction in tax and health insurance payments as well as a reduction in working time will be dealt with as a matter of urgency.
Concurrently we ask you for your understanding that dealing with certain other issues may take longer than usual and that the start of new projects in some circumstances may be delayed.
We will continue to focus on the situation and inform you of any updates.
