26.126 companies have made an application for short time working since mid of March. Only 6.641 of these requests have been approved.
Many of them need to be adapted – therefore, the approval from the Unemployment Agency will be further delayed for most of the establishments.
In order to ease the “pre-payment” of the salaries for companies, banks have promised to provide financing possibilities, even prior to having an approval from the Unemployment Agency. In order to receive this, following is needed:
- The confirmation from Unemployment Agency on the receipt of application for short time working
- The Social Partner Agreement, which has been provided as well
- Information on payroll
